Delete account
Permanently delete your dashboard account and its saved data, including preferences, task statuses, personal tasks, recovery details, usage history, feature records, extension pairing, and encrypted Bromcom session. This cannot be undone. If you think your Bromcom cookie may have been exposed, also sign out of Bromcom to revoke that session.
After deletion, remove Student Dashboard Sync from the browser’s Extensions settings on every device.
Bromcom Connection Settings
The paired extension sends your Bromcom session cookie to the server, where it is stored encrypted. The dashboard fetches current portal records when it opens or on manual refresh. Automatic refresh is enabled for your account between 06:00 and 23:59 UK time while the dashboard is open. Full school records are not stored in D1; only small task status codes are.

Browser sync options
- Sign in to Bromcom in Orion or Chrome and sync to link your encrypted session.
- The dashboard fetches current Bromcom data when it opens and while it remains open.
- Use Sync now to fetch fresh portal data. If Bromcom rejects the session, sign in again in Orion or Chrome and sync.
Live data appears only when Bromcom accepts the saved session. If a request fails, the dashboard does not show an old copy.
